We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Building Maintenance Team as a Labourer.
Your role
You will be required to undertake or assist in, a wide range of building maintenance duties performed to, or in association with, the council’s retained housing stock. The role may consist of working as part of a team or lone working in many varied tasks all consistent with providing a repair and maintenance service for council tenants to their homes
The role will include many manual handling and physical tasks as would be expected in a building maintenance environment.
What You Will Need
You will have building site experience and knowledge of basic building maintenance procedures. You will have the ability to work as part of a team, however, also be able to work alone and unsupervised.
