Logistics Administrator (Part-Time to Full-Time) Redditch
We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a busy and growing transport operation in Redditch.
This is a flexible role that can initially be part-time, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Booking in drivers and coordinating daily transport activities
- Maintaining driver and vehicle compliance records
- General administration duties and data entry
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with driver and customer enquiries
- Updating internal systems and transport documentation
- Supporting the transport and logistics team with day-to-day operations
- Filing, record keeping and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable speaking with drivers, customers and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
Hours
- Flexible working hours available
- Part-time initially with the potential to become full-time
- Monday to Friday
