Regional Manager – Electrical Beauty & Skin (P&G)

The Opportunity

TERRITORY: Colchester, Basildon, Harlow, Hatfield, Ealing, Wimbledon, Eltham, Maidstone, Lambeth, Kensington, Camden

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend time where it matters most — in the field with your team. You’ll take ownership of regional performance, coaching and empowering a team of circa 10 Electrical Skin Development Managers (ESDMs) to consistently exceed expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of ESDMs and Senior ESDMs to deliver against key KPIs
  • Be Field-Focused: Spend 3–4 days per week working alongside your team, providing hands-on coaching and support
  • Drive Performance: Analyse EPOS, OSA and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, turning insight into action
  • Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and develop your team, building robust development plans and a strong team culture
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with internal stakeholders and retailer partners to improve availability, reduce shrink, and drive sales
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure best-in-class execution in-store across Electrical Beauty & Skin categories
  • Communicate Effectively: Lead team meetings, deliver training, and create engaging communications aligned to business priorities
  • Own Your Region: Take full responsibility for KPI delivery and operational excellence across your area

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience ( 2+ years ) managing field-based sales or merchandising teams
  • A confident leader who can tackle performance challenges head-on
  • Strong coaching and development skills — you know how to get the best out of people
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive action
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across multiple formats
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Flexibility to travel across your region, including overnight stays (up to 2 nights per week)
