Do you have a natural ability to build relationships with young people and support them through challenging situations?

We are seeking a confident and resilient Pastoral Support Worker to join a specialist education setting in Romsey, supporting pupils with SEMH needs, Autism and additional behavioural challenges.

This role is less about academic support and more about helping pupils regulate emotions, engage positively with school life and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

Requirements

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Strong behaviour management skills
