Building Surveyor
Current vacancy for a Building Surveyor for a leading housing provider.
This role is working within asset management team and will be responsible for delivery of planned works.
Duties will include,
- Building condition surveys.
- Specification of works.
- Managing contractors ensuring quality and value for money.
- Use of asset software.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders.
