We’ll provide the training, support and real-world experience to help you build your skills and confidence from day one.

In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll gain experience across all aspects of the parts operation. You’ll work both behind the scenes, receiving deliveries and organising stock and on the front desk, supporting and advising Mercedes-Benz customers. Every day brings something new, making this a fantastic way to learn how a successful retail operation runs.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll develop valuable skills in stock management, merchandising, forecasting and understanding customer buying behaviour. Just as importantly, you’ll learn how to build strong customer relationships and contribute to business growth.

You’ll begin with a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship, where you’ll learn the essential foundations of the role step by step—no prior knowledge required. Once completed, you’ll progress to a Level 3 Team Leader qualification, giving you the opportunity to take on more responsibility and further develop your expertise.

This role is perfect for school leavers looking for their first step into the automotive industry. With clear career progression pathways including roles such as Parts Process Specialist, Business Development and Group Parts Manager, this apprenticeship can be the start of a long and successful career.
