Job Title: Technical Sales Executive – TMN (Trident Micro Nutri)

Location: Northern Ireland & England & Wales

Contract & Hours: Permanent, Full Time

Package includes

Salary from £58,000 plus a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact, including discretionary performance related bonus, car allowance, private healthcare, and a matched pension contribution of up to 10%.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to take responsibility for the TMN portfolio across the ruminant nutrition market. This is a customer-facing role where technical expertise and commercial awareness come together to support feed mills, buyers and independent nutritionists across Northern Ireland and England & Wales.

This is a field-based role, with most of your time spent meeting customers, building relationships and staying close to market activity. It will suit someone who enjoys being out in the field, understands the feed industry, and can confidently position technical products in a commercial environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Represent the TMN portfolio across your region, acting as the key contact for customers
  • Build strong relationships with feed mills, buyers and independent nutritionists
  • Delivering practical product advice and technical support to customers
  • Provide training and guidance to help customers demonstrate ROI to farm, from the TMN portfolio
  • Manage your territory day-to-day, including account management, commercial discussions and trouble shooting
  • Work closely with internal teams, sharing insight and helping move opportunities forward
  • Develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities to increase sales

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in ruminant feed, animal nutrition or ruminant feed additives
  • A good balance of ruminant technical understanding and commercial awareness
  • Confidence to hold credible, business-focused conversations with customers
  • A relationship-led approach, with strong follow-through
  • A solid understanding of the dairy and beef sector and current market conditions
  • A practical, adaptable mindset with the resilience to operate in a field-based role
  • Experience working within the ruminant feed trader, on-farm, or in a related environment would be an advantage.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in a technical sales, account management or customer-facing Agri role
  • Sound knowledge of ruminant nutrition and how it supports animal performance and value
  • Understanding of how feed mills and buying decisions work
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Northern Ireland, England &Wales (including occasional overnight stays)
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting and delivering training
  • Full UK driving licence
