Location: Kedleston Rd training centre and occasional any other corporate FM building
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm Term time only

The post holder will provide a professional and welcoming front of house service, acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders, customers and visitors.

The Opportunity
In the role of Help Desk Operator, here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:
You will be responsible for managing reception duties and dealing with customer enquiries on a day-to-day basis ensuring a positive customer experience and the efficient operations of Kedleston RD training centre. You will also support the FM helpdesk daily and cover absences within the Operator pool.

We are looking for a person with good communication skills who can.
- Respond to personal contact from customers in a way that meets Customer Service Standards
- Ensure the continuity of provision of service to customers
- Ability to work in a front of house environment
- Be able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Work in partnership with Area Managers for the effective and efficient use of resources.
