Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team based in the Nottingham depot. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing sales revenue. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing strategic business plans, collaborating with the sales team, and representing the company at industry events to expand the customer base.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Experienced in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth strategies.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in market research, trend analysis, and data-driven decision making.
- Organizational and Planning: Ability to create strategic business plans and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering products such as bearings, transmissions, and tools is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
