Experienced Podiatrist — MSK, Nail Surgery & Routine Care

£45-50k base salary + monthly bonus (£65k+ potential earnings)

Full or Part-time

Are you an experienced podiatrist who thrives on clinical variety — from complex MSK cases to nail surgery, verruca treatments, and everyday podiatry care?

There has never been a better time to join Surrey Foot Service. We are moving to brand new, purpose-built premises in Autumn 2026 — and it's a genuine step change for what we can offer both our patients and our team. The new clinic will be home to a dedicated gait lab, surgical suite, and beautifully designed clinical spaces built around the way we work. If you've ever wanted to practise in an environment where the facilities truly match your ambitions, this is it. We're growing, we're investing, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us!

At Surrey Foot Service, we combine clinical excellence with cutting-edge technology. We’re looking for a skilled, well-rounded podiatrist to join our growing, forward-thinking team.

We're a friendly, collaborative clinic that puts patient-centred care and team culture at the heart of everything we do. We love what we do, we support each other, and we enjoy our team socials just as much as our clinical wins!

THE ROLE

This is a genuinely varied role with a caseload spanning musculoskeletal and biomechanical conditions, nail surgery, verruca treatments, and routine podiatric care. No two days look the same — and that's exactly the point. With at least three years' post-graduate experience behind you, you'll bring confidence across the full scope of podiatry practice, and you'll have access to some of the most advanced clinical technology available.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assess and treat MSK and biomechanical conditions — from running injuries and children's gait issues to everyday foot and ankle pain in active adults
  • Use advanced assessment tools including Run3D and Walk3D motion capture, video gait analysis, and Footscan pressure plates
  • Prescribe Phits+ / Firefly / Enertor custom orthotics and deliver exercise-based rehabilitation to get patients back to the activities they love
  • Provide shockwave therapy, laser, and ultrasound-guided steroid and hyaluronic acid injections (if qualified in injection therapy)
  • Manage ingrown toenails conservatively or through nail surgery under local anaesthetic — a core and regular part of the role
  • Carry out verruca treatments including Swift microwave therapy and other management options
  • Deliver routine podiatric care, including dermatological and general nail presentations
  • Mentor junior colleagues and take part in our CPD sessions
  • Contribute to service development, protocols, and integration of new technology — including AI where appropriate

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • HCPC-registered podiatrist with a minimum of 3 years' post-graduate podiatry experience
  • Degree in Podiatry (Masters an advantage; strong clinical experience highly valued)
  • Confident and competent across the full scope of podiatric practice — MSK, nail surgery, verruca management, and routine care
  • Solid grounding in MSK pathology, biomechanical assessment, gait analysis, strength testing, and orthotic management
  • Experience with footwear assessment; familiarity with Run3D and Footscan is an advantage but not essential
  • Experience in injection therapy, ultrasound, shockwave, and laser is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine patient-first approach
  • A team player who values great outcomes and great culture in equal measure
  • Enthusiastic about CPD, learning, and being part of a modern, progressive clinic

WHAT WE OFFER

  • £45-50k base salary + monthly bonus scheme, potential earnings of £65k+
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • Paid clinic closure between Christmas and New Year
  • Your birthday off
  • Ongoing CPD and training investment
  • Access to Run3D, Walk3D, Footscan, shockwave, laser & more
  • Flexible working options & genuine work-life balance
  • Free on-site parking, uniform provided, company pension
  • Regular team socials, quarterly team days & monthly 1:1s
