WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS

This is a Resourcer position at TGS International Group, a specialist technical recruitment firm operating across the UK, Europe, APAC, the Nordics, and the Americas. We work exclusively in data centres and critical infrastructure, one of the fastest moving, highest value talent markets in the world right now.

Your job is focused. You are not cold calling clients. You are not splitting your attention across business development, account management, and candidate sourcing all at once. You are doing one thing and doing it exceptionally well, finding, qualifying, and delivering the best technical talent in the market to fill live roles that are already waiting.

That focus is not a limitation. It is a platform.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Data centre operations and facilities management roles across Europe. Project management and programme delivery positions for hyperscaler builds. Critical environment engineers and commissioning specialists across APAC and the Nordics. Contract and permanent technical roles spanning multiple geographies simultaneously.

These are not junior requisitions. The candidates you place will be earning £60,000 to £150,000+. The fees those placements generate are significant. And your commission reflects that.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a resourcing, candidate management, or recruitment support role and wants more from it. Or someone sharp enough from a sales or customer facing background who can learn a technical niche with pace and precision.
