Be the Welcoming Face of Our Youth Hub

As Receptionist/Administrator at YMCA Black Country Group's Dudley Youth Hub, you will be part of meaningful community work. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, external partners, and young people accessing our supportive services. Your warm welcome and professional approach will contribute to building a safe and caring environment where young people feel valued.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and young people, creating a welcoming first impression
  • Providing essential administrative support to the Youth Hub Coordinator and team
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting performance reporting
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Hub

What We're Looking For

You will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach, with experience working in a front of house environment. Your friendly, organised, and professional manner will help deliver a high-quality service experience for everyone who engages with the Hub.
