Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

DAM – Looking after TFL BCSM, DAM Region and Wales regions

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Manager for the West Business Unit

Responsible for TFL BCSM, DAM and Wales regions

Working closely with the ops and commercial teams to achieve commercial excellence

Ensure regular project and portfolio reviews with the teams and appropriate challenge employed to improve commercial reporting

What you’ll bring

• Strong commercial acumen to deliver positive results in terms of contract margin and WIP
• Experience of managing people and teams to deliver results and create a positive environment and culture
• Experience in work winning and submitting bids and following governance procedures
