Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy across an assigned cluster of sites using a company vehicle, prioritising locations according to live intelligence and risk.
  • Conduct proactive, high-visibility patrols of client premises, providing a reassuring and professional presence for colleagues and customers.

  • Carry out thorough security checks across all assigned premises.

  • Produce clear, accurate incident reports in a timely manner.
  • Operate Body Worn Cameras in line with company and safety policy.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders via all channels including radio.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, colleagues, and the public at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence – applications without this cannot be considered.
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence – a company vehicle will be provided and based at a designated site.
  • Minimum 1 year of front-line security guarding experience, ideally in a retail or mobile environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and calm under pressure with the ability to handle conflict professionally.
  • Competent with digital devices – able to use a phone and tablet for daily reporting and planning.
