Business Systems Analyst

We are working with an established and growing organisation in Northern Ireland, currently undertaking a significant digital transformation programme across their group. They have a strong emphasis on corporate governance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, and are investing heavily in modernising their business systems.

The Role

• Take ownership of key business systems and manage stakeholder relationships
• Play a central part in ERP implementation delivery
• Understand and document existing business processes, constructing workflow diagrams
• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and use case scenarios
• Analyse fit-gap between current and target processes, and recommend solutions
• Assist with data migration, preparing test scenarios, and supporting users through UAT

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role
• Comprehensive understanding of business systems and ERP platforms
• Proven ERP implementation experience
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into practical solutions
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, structured approach
• High attention to detail and a methodical way of working
