Hillcrest Homes is recruiting for a Housing Officer.

Hillcrest Homes is a registered charitable Social Landlord with properties across Angus, Dundee, Edinburgh, Fife, Perth and Kinross, Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Our aim is to provide good quality affordable homes across all our areas of operation.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to work within the Aberdeen Housing Team. We currently manage approximately 800 properties across the City and Aberdeenshire.

You will be part of a small Housing Team and will have regular contact with staff from various parts of the business. You will provide a varied and comprehensive Housing Management Service to all of our customers which includes allocations, Anti-Social Behaviour and general tenancy management.

About You

  • Qualified to Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 4 Certificate in Housing (SCQF Level 7)
  • Experience and knowledge of the statutory and voluntary Housing sectors, including relevant and current Housing legislation
  • Able to demonstrate Planning and Organisational skills, including working on own initiative and prioritising workloads to meet targets
  • Experience of identifying change and initiating improvements to enhance performance
