Join our Codi Repairs Team and play a hands‑on role supporting homes and communities across Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire. Your office base will be Swansea, with most of your work covering the Neath Port Talbot to Haverfordwest area — keeping your days varied and on the move.

We offer a healthy work–life balance with Monday to Friday working, plus the option of compressed hours on a 9‑day fortnight, giving you extra time back for you.

This is a full‑time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £38,974 along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.

About The Role

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. As a Multi-Skilled Electrician, you’ll be working in our customers’ homes, helping to maintain and improve our housing stock- including upgrading older properties to modern standards.

A Big Part Of Your Work Will Focus On Planned Kitchen And Bathroom Programmes, Carrying Out All Electrical Work Needed For Upgrades. Alongside This, You’ll Also Carry Out Repairs And Improvements Such As

  • Changing consumer units
  • Testing and inspection work
  • Wiring and rewiring tasks

You’ll work closely with other skilled trades, including kitchen and bathroom fitters, to deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.

This is a role where customer engagement really matters. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so being approachable, respectful and professional is key.

You’ll have the independence to manage your own workload, alongside strong support from a friendly, experienced team.

Skills And Experience Needed

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in electrical repairs and maintenance
  • Is confident working in occupied homes and engaging with customers
  • Can carry out testing, fault finding, and installation work to a high standard
  • Ideally has experience working in social housing or with older housing stock
  • Enjoys working as part of a team alongside other trades

We also value additional practical skills (such as basic plumbing, carpentry or plastering), as this helps us deliver a more joined-up service.

You’ll need the relevant electrical qualifications to carry out the role (please refer to the Job Description for full details), along with a valid driving licence — a van will be provided.
