Bows and Arrows Group is offering a fantastic opportunity to begin a rewarding career through our Early Years Teacher Degree Apprenticeship.
You’ll combine paid, hands-on experience in a nursery with a fully funded BA (Hons) degree and Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
From day one, you will be part of a supportive team, building real skills while working towards a professional qualification.
We have 6 apprenticeship positions available across our nurseries in Ipswich and are looking for motivated, committed individuals ready to grow and develop.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting children aged 0–5 with care, learning and development
- Observing and assessing children’s progress
- Helping plan and deliver engaging, inclusive activities
- Working in partnership with families and colleagues
- Attending the University of Suffolk as part of your programme.
