Coastland College is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our dynamic team of highly qualified professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to deliver high quality teaching to students across our level 2 and 3 Health and Social care programmes as well as on our T level Health programme.

We are passionate about supporting our students to achieve their full potential and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to inclusive, learner focused education in order to help them develop the knowledge and skills needed for successful careers in the sector.

The successful candidate will be able to deliver inspiring and engaging lessons and be able to communicate effectively with students. As well as provide high quality feedback to support student progress and achievement. They would also need to be able to work collaboratively with colleagues both in Health, Social Care and Early years team as well as across college.

Coastland College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This role involves regular contact with children and young people and is considered regulated activity under the relevant safeguarding legislation.
