Well Mind People is an established and expanding independent psychological therapy practice serving South Oxfordshire and Berkshire. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking an experienced and reliable HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist to join our team.

This role would suit a psychologist looking to build or expand a private practice within a supportive, professional environment while maintaining flexibility and autonomy.

About the Role

You will provide psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy to adults, adolescents and children presenting with a range of difficulties, including:

  • Anxiety disorders
  • Depression
  • OCD
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Emotional regulation difficulties
  • Low self-esteem and confidence issues
  • Relationship and life challenges

We are particularly interested in psychologists who are confident working across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and adults.

Essential Requirements

  • HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist
  • Significant post-qualification clinical experience
  • Proven track record of supervised clinical practice within the UK
  • Experience working with children, adolescents and adults
  • CBT training and experience
  • BABCP accredited or actively working towards accreditation
  • Registered with major private health insurers, including BUPA, AXA, Aviva and WPA
  • Excellent assessment, formulation and report-writing skills
  • Strong professional references
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team

Please note: this position is for face-to-face clinical work. We are not currently seeking online-only practitioners.
