Hours: Full-Time (36 hours)

About The Role

UK Driver Preferred (but not essential)

We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented

Support Workers to join a well-established service supporting

6 amazing individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence, while providing

24-hour support with:

  • Personal Care
  • Medication
  • Finances
  • Accessing the Community

The people we support describe themselves as happy, friendly, and fun-loving—and they love staff who are outgoing, kind, and creative thinkers!

Shift Pattern

  • 8:00pm - 8:00am (Waking Night)

Applicants would be required to be available to work the night shifts on different nights of the week as we provide support 7 days a week.
