Summer Student

We are passionate and excited about how we can develop and utilise new technologies to shape and inspire changes within an ever-growing marketplace. As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Summer Student to join our team at Cowick on a temporary summer placement.

The main purpose of this role is to assist with the development of formulations and generation of analytical data to support new product development. The successful candidate will be required to work with the wider laboratory team, as well as maintain and update all relevant project documentation.

• Educated to A Level standard in Chemistry and/or Biology
• High level of attention to detail
• Good organisation and teamwork skills

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with development of cosmetic formulations
• Generation of analytical data to support new product development using a variety of lab equipment
