Lead with Purpose at West Northants Council

You will be at the heart of the home, guiding your team, shaping each shift, and ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate and high-quality care, with the support of the Team Manager. This is an opportunity to step into a role where your leadership truly makes a difference every day, while working structured 10-hour shifts and enjoying the work-life balance of having every other weekend off.

You will bring experience within adult health or social care, along with a solid understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and current care standards. Ideally, you will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and feel confident working flexibly. Experience in administering and managing medication within a residential or dementia/Adult Social Care setting would be highly valued, and you may already be working towards your NVQ Level 3.
