Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our workforce, you will oversee and manage groundworks operations on a variety of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of groundworks activities on construction sites. Your duties will include:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed to required standards
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and deliveries
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce health and safety procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Ability to interpret & work from technical drawings and site plans
• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers as needed
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a small to medium team
• Ensure site cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with company policies
• Professional, reliable, and hands-on approach

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site safety
• CSCS or CPCS card
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Full UK driving licence
