Case Worker – Supported Accommodation

37 Hours Per Week | Permanent Contract

£13.45 per hour + £50 Sleep-In Payments

Salary approx. £25,000 per annum

We are recruiting for an experienced and resilient

Case Worker to join a supported accommodation service in RCT supporting individuals with complex needs.

This Role Involves Supporting People Experiencing

Mental health challenges
Substance misuse and alcohol dependency
Self-harm behaviours
Difficulties managing a tenancy

You’ll provide practical and emotional support within a shared housing environment, helping individuals work towards greater independence and stability.

The Role Includes

Support planning and risk assessments
Lone working responsibilities
Working alongside external agencies
Maintaining accurate support records
Supporting residents with housing, wellbeing, and daily living skills

Working Pattern

3-week rolling rota including...
Long day shifts (8am–11pm)
Sleep-ins
Weekends and bank holidays
Permanent contract

34 per week

We’re Looking For Someone Who...

Has experience in supported housing, homelessness, mental health, or social care
Understands complex needs and trauma-informed support
Can work independently and confidently lone work
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
