- LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICERSalary Up to £35K DOELocation - Remote, regular travel around Wolverhampton and Birmingham Care Perspectives is looking for a motivated and organised Learning & Development Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in coordinating, delivering, and monitoring learning and development activities across our services.Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Learning & Development or Trainer role, ideally within Children’s residential Services
- Willingness to work towards PRICE Instructor certificationDesirable Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
