We work with leading brands to deliver successful influencer marketing campaigns while supporting our talent with brand partnerships, business opportunities and career development.
Since 2016, our team has facilitated thousands of successful brand collaborations across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
The Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Talent & Operations Assistant to support our growing team on a part-time basis.
Key responsibilities include
• Coordinating schedules and diary management for talent managers and creators
• Supporting the delivery and execution of influencer and brand partnership campaigns
• Managing incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
• Maintaining internal systems, databases and administrative processes
• Assisting with campaign reporting, tracking and general account support
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth agency operations
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative, talent management, influencer marketing, PR, social media or agency-based role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Confident using email, spreadsheets and online systems
• A genuine interest in influencer marketing and the creator industry
Working Arrangement
• Part-time position - Freelance / Self-Employed Contractor
• Remote working
• Monthly team meetings in Warwickshire
