Client Relations Administrator

We're hiring a detail-driven administrator to keep our client operations running smoothly at Cullen Wealth, part of the Mattioli Woods Group.

This isn't a back-office role where you disappear into paperwork. You'll be front and centre – handling transfers, withdrawals, fund switches, ISAs, pensions, and protection cases, while being a key point of contact for clients and consultants alike.

What you'll be doing

  • managing a busy workload of financial transactions end to end
  • answering client and consultant queries by phone and email
  • maintaining accurate records and keeping cases moving
  • working across third-party provider platforms with confidence

What we’re looking for

  • at least one year’s experience in an IFA practice or with a financial services provider
  • a solid grasp of pension and investment products
  • exceptional organisation and an eye for detail
  • a calm, professional phone manner
  • Intelligent Office (IO) experience is a bonus
