Internal Sales Executive - CAD Training

We are a leading provider of CAD software training and professional development services, helping businesses and individuals develop the skills they need to succeed. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic office based Junior Internal Sales Executive to join our team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales. You will be responsible for following up enquiries, proactively engaging with prospective customers, and converting leads into training bookings. Working closely with the training and marketing teams, you will help grow our customer base and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and events.
  • Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and online meetings.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer training requirements.
  • Promote our CAD training courses and related services.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.

About You

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident speaking to customers on the phone.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Previous customer telesales, or business development is essential.
  • Interest in technology, software, or training services is desirable.
