From race weekends and sponsorship programmes to hospitality and guest management, we've spent years solving some of the most complex event challenges in the industry.

So we built Halo.

Halo is our proprietary event and guest management platform, developed from real-world experience delivering world-class programmes across Formula 1, sport and entertainment.

Today, Halo helps brands, rights-holders, agencies and event organisers manage everything from ticketing and guest communications through to access control, travel logistics, seating plans and post-event reporting.

Tomorrow?

We believe Halo can become the platform of choice for event and sponsorship teams worldwide.

And we're looking for someone to help make that happen.

This is not a traditional sales role.

This is an opportunity to help build, shape and scale a business.

As Commercial Manager, Halo, you'll take ownership of the platform's commercial growth strategy and be responsible for driving new business across sport, entertainment, hospitality and live events.

You'll:

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature

Build pipeline and create new commercial opportunities

Lead product demonstrations and commercial negotiations

Help shape Halo's go-to-market strategy

Open new sectors and new markets

Work directly with product and leadership teams

Influence the future direction of the platform

You won't inherit a mature sales machine.

You'll help create it.

You'll identify opportunities.

Build relationships.

Open doors.

Win clients.

And help turn Halo into one of the leading event technology platforms in global sport.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience selling SaaS, technology or software solutions

• Is comfortable owning the entire sales cycle

• Loves creating opportunities rather than inheriting them

• Enjoys building, not maintaining

• Thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments

• Wants genuine ownership, visibility and influence

Most importantly, we're looking for someone excited by the challenge of scaling a product with significant growth potential.
