Influencer Account Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Influencer Account Manager to lead influencer partnerships and manage client campaigns from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, talent management, account servicing, and campaign performance analysis. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Relationship Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and creator networks.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.

Client & Campaign Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Coordinate campaign execution from briefing and content approval to reporting and post-campaign analysis.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed KPIs.

Campaign Execution

  • Manage influencer outreach, contracting, content collection, and publishing schedules.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and disclosure requirements.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and proactively provide solutions.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track campaign metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare client reports and performance insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze influencer performance and maintain creator databases.

Market Research & Industry Trends

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, creator economy developments, and competitor activities.
  • Recommend innovative influencer strategies and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, account management, talent management, or digital marketing.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and campaign measurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and influencer marketing tools.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery and campaign management platforms.
  • Knowledge of paid social amplification and creator content licensing.
