Senior Support Worker Housing

Salary: £25,809.30 pro rata

Based at: Bridgend

Role Purpose: Bridgend Core and Cluster Supported Accommodation has been developed in partnership with Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. Adferiad delivers a recovery model of housing support which includes both shared accommodation and floating support to individuals living independently. Staff will support individuals who experience a serious mental illness and who will need a medium level of support to help with their recovery. The service is staffed 7 days a week, including unsocial hours. The aim of the Service Manager, Senior and staff team will be to encourage and enable clients to reach a greater level of independence over a reasonable period of time, and then to facilitate their move to more independent living in the community.
