What You Need to Succeed

We are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our nurturing and welcoming school community.

The successful candidate will work closely with an individual pupil with special educational needs, supporting their learning, independence, social development and emotional wellbeing. This rewarding role involves working alongside teachers and other professionals to help the child thrive both inside and outside the classroom. They will be responsible for implementing the Education, Health, Care Plan (EHCP) and Individual Education Plan (IEP), for a child with autism and communication challenges, ensuring the strategies and targets outlined are actively followed.
