Customer Service Advisor – Chichester, Horsham and Pulborough

Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 depending on experience

Full Time

Permanent Contract

Location: Horsham

35 hours, Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Horsham Agency.

About the role

We’re looking for someone to join our friendly and supportive team as a Customer Service Advisor.

You’ll be part of our customer service team, speaking with customers on the phone and over email, helping with their queries and making sure they have a great experience with us.

You will be

• First point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Helping resolve queries or making changes in a friendly and professional way
• Building good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Working as part of a team that supports each other

What we’re looking for

• Good communication skills (both on the phone and in writing)
• Strong customer service skills
• Someone who enjoys working with people
• A team player who can build positive relationships

You don’t need insurance experience – as long as you’re willing to learn, we’ll support you with full training.
