Permanent, part time, 20 hours per week, term time only.
An opportunity has arisen for a Data Quality Assistant, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of data in our Education Management System. This is a permanent post based at Riverside House, Rotherham working 20 hours per week, term-time only.
This will involve :
- liaising with colleagues in Children and Young People’s Services and schools within Rotherham
- processing files and inputting/merging of data
- providing support to staff in schools
- liaising with Technical Support staff to resolve issues
- resolving discrepancies with the data and dealing with any queries arising from these in line with data quality standards and procedures
- issuing and co-ordinating the return of an Annual Contact Form for all schools and updating the Education Management System upon return.
You should :
- have strong proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- understand data protection (GDPR) and secure data handling
- have experience in administrative roles and customer service
- be able to work independently and as part of a team
- hold an NQF Level 2 qualification or have equivalent work experience.
