Support Worker

Hours: 30

Salary: £25,027.20 pro rata plus allowance for unsocial hours.

Based at: Llansamlet, Swansea

Role Purpose: The post-holder will form part of a team providing direct, recovery focussed, compassionate and dynamic mental health related support to clients accessing the service, outside of traditional service operating hours.

The Ceredigion Sanctuary services provide practical and therapeutic, holistic person-centred support to people experiencing episodes of mental distress in a non-clinical setting. The team will provide advice, guidance and early interventions that aim to keep people well. The service will be operational from 5pm until 2am, 4 days a week.
