Work as part of a team to implement the Digital Education and Training Strategy, improving workforce confidence and digital skills. In line with Trust priorities, support digital inclusion, embed digital thinking, and ensure colleagues have the skills to deliver excellent patient care.

Support the Digital Education and Training Manager to develop and deliver accessible, inclusive, standardised training. Reduce digital exclusion by building digital literacy into programmes and ensuring colleagues gain the knowledge, skills and competence to perform effectively, using appropriate learning methods.

Create and support digital solutions that enhance engagement with education and training. Deliver blended learning approaches including eLearning, mobile learning, virtual and classroom sessions, supported by infographics, digital champions and coaching.

Provide specialist digital training in line with policies, offering advice on clinical systems and key projects. Investigate complex issues, develop eLearning resources, and maintain training systems and equipment.

Analyse and interpret data to assess training needs, monitor compliance, evaluate feedback and support system testing. Design, deliver and evaluate training programmes, recording outcomes.

Support project delivery through high-quality analysis, communication, stakeholder engagement and resource planning. The role will evolve in line with organisational needs and may include additional duties as required by the line manager.

Provide and support key Digital Education and Training to the Trust circa 14,000 colleagues. Clinical systems include Lorenzo, Meditech, Nervecentre, BadgerNet, CRIS, T-Pro, eRS, ORMIS, SystmONE and e-Whiteboard.

Delivery of agreed training metrics for own area of responsibility that demonstrates performance against service standard promises.

Achievement of UHDB Digital Education and Training service delivery strategic milestones and team objectives. Achievement of delivery through effective supervision, assessment and reporting of capability. Ensure staff morale is maintained. Delivery against business and operational plans. Maintain positive customer perception enabling them to act as an advocate of Digital Services based on our performance.
