Full-Time Business Development – Nurses UK

Nurses UK Newcastle is seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team on a Full-time basis as a Business Development Associate. You will focus on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and driving growth for our nursing services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, clinics, and care facilities.
  • Conduct weekly client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
  • Support the creation and implementation of business development strategies.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to support client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a confident phone manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driving license with access to a car; mileage will be reimbursed.
  • Willingness to travel locally for regular client visits.
