Nurses UK Newcastle is seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team on a Full-time basis as a Business Development Associate. You will focus on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and driving growth for our nursing services across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, clinics, and care facilities.
- Conduct weekly client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Support the creation and implementation of business development strategies.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to support client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a confident phone manner.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driving license with access to a car; mileage will be reimbursed.
- Willingness to travel locally for regular client visits.
