Steer High Wycombe, proudly part of the Steer Automotive Groups Luxury Division, is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our team. We are trusted by the worlds most prestigious vehicle manufacturers and renowned for setting the benchmark in super luxury vehicle repairs.

What Youll Do

  • Carry out meticulous Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) work on high-end marques
  • Work closely with estimators, panel technicians and paint technicians to ensure repair excellence
  • Accurately diagnose faults and repair with a methodical and quality-driven approach
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and adhere to manufacturer standards and repair methods
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values expertise and innovation

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as an MET Technician, preferably with prestige or luxury vehicles
  • ATA accreditation or willingness to achieve it (desirable)
  • A commitment to excellence, integrity and continuous improvement
  • Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of modern vehicle systems
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising on quality
