We are seeking a passionate *Educational Psychologist* to join our multi-disciplinary team supporting young people with SEMH/SEN needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver therapeutic work with pupils.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to promote inclusion and meet EHCP requirements.
- Provide staff training on trauma-informed practices, emotional regulation, and behaviour support.
- Support whole school development and systemic approaches in a forward-thinking organisation.
Essential criteria include HCPC registration, experience with SEMH needs, and strong communication skills. Desirable criteria include experience in specialist SEMH settings and therapeutic training.
Offers a supportive environment, ongoing CPD, wellbeing support, and competitive salary (£40,000–£65,000). Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, 44 weeks per year.
