Cover Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our collaborative team of teachers and associate staff at Queen Elizabeth’s.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in during the regular teacher's absence to provide crucial short-term classroom cover, maintaining a consistent and supportive learning environment.

In this role, your day-to-day focus will be to provide support and guidance on an individual, group, or whole-class basis through curriculum activities. You will also actively encourage learners to participate in the life and activities of the school and access the curriculum to their best ability, in order to maximise their achievement by overcoming behavioural, physical, or emotional difficulties.
