We are now looking for a General Manager who can build on this success and take the hotel to the next level.

The successful candidate will lead a highly engaged team, drive commercial performance, develop local business opportunities, and continue to foster the guest-focused culture that has made ibis budget Derby a market leader.

We're looking for:

An experienced General Manager or an ambitious Deputy/Assistant General Manager ready for their next step

A strong people leader with a passion for developing teams

Commercially minded with experience managing P&L performance

Someone who enjoys building local partnerships and driving revenue growth

A hands-on leader who leads from the front
