Iconic Resourcing are proud to exclusively support with the recruitment of a Content Manager for a reputable agency based in Glasgow City Centre. This role will focus on shaping client content strategies and managing content output to drive engagement, brand awareness, and performance across digital channels.
• Lead the development of content strategies across a portfolio of client accounts
• Plan and shape monthly content direction aligned to brand objectives and wider marketing goals
• Translate audience insights, cultural trends, and performance data into creative content ideas
• Create and/or oversee delivery of content including social posts, visuals, short-form video, blogs, and reactive content
• Track and evaluate content performance, using insights to continuously improve output
• Act as a key client contact, presenting ideas and maintaining regular communication
• Minimum 2 years' experience in content marketing, social media, or content creation within a marketing agency environment (essential)
• Proven ability to contribute to or lead content activity across multiple clients or brands
• Practical content creation skills, including basic design and/or video editing capability
• Strong understanding of content performance across major social and digital platforms
• Comfortable working with analytics and using data to inform creative decisions
• Confident communicator with experience presenting work and working directly with clients
