Student Employer Engagement Vacancy Assistant

Open to current Loughborough University penultimate year Undergraduates, Postgraduate Taught and Postgraduate Research students who will remain studying at Loughborough through 2026 and 2027.

Careers Network have an opportunity for a student to join their team as a Student Employer Engagement Vacancy Assistant, working 6 hours a week. This is an excellent chance to gain paid regular work experience that fits alongside your studies.

We welcome applications from students across all schools. As this role will commence in the next academic year, starting September 2026, you will need to be a current student who will remain studying at Loughborough through 2026 and 2027.

Key responsibilities include data entry, carrying out employer compliance checks, and reviewing, editing, and approving a range of opportunities including graduate roles, placements, internships, volunteering, and part-time vacancies on the Target Connect database. Full training on the system will be provided. Strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
