Duty Manager
St Michaels Resort
At St Michaels Resort, we believe in helping people Feel Good Again.
Set moments from the Cornish coast in Falmouth, St Michaels has been creating memorable guest experiences for over 20 years. The resort has become one of Cornwall’s leading luxury coastal destinations, known for warm hospitality, wellness, and memorable guest experiences.
But St Michaels is more than a destination for our guests, it’s a place where our crew can thrive too.
Our “Feel Good Again” philosophy runs through everything we do, from the way we care for our guests to the way we support one another as a team. Every crew member plays an important role in shaping the St Michaels experience, and we are proud to offer an environment where people feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.
