We’re looking for an agent to work in our customer contact team, based at Hereford Leisure Centre.
Responsible for handling all incoming communication for over 30 Halo centres - including phone calls, queries through email, internet, chatbot, social media - you’ll make bookings, handle general enquiries and act as a first point of contact for customer comments and our sales and booking process.
When the phone's not ringing, you’ll be making courtesy calls to people who have expressed an interest in our services to let them know how we can help them get more active. No cold calling and no hard selling - just friendly, proactive, customer focused service.

Information
Salary - £13.11 per hour
Hours: up to 37 hours, full and part time postions considered.
Shifts: 8-2pm and 2-8pm Monday-Thursday. 6pm finish on Friday. Plus shared Saturday shifts 8-2pm

Friendly, clear and confident on the phone

Good communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience of working in a customer facing/service environment is desireable.
Health and Safety matters with regard to staff and the general public.
- Knowledge of AI and how it delivers great customer service.
