Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide group-level support across 4 operational sites and 4 hospitality-only sites, ensuring consistency in standards and delivery
• Act as a central point of coordination for one contract, aligning site performance with overall business objectives
• Support site teams and Operations Manager with strategic input, problem-solving, and operational improvements
• Drive consistency in food quality, service standards, and brand delivery across all locations
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of best practice across sites
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring a joined-up and proactive approach to the contract
