The Alcedo Care Group delivers specialist nurse led clinical care and a full range of mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity support services to their clients across a diverse range of residential and clinical settings. In addition to this, the Group delivers, Live-in care, residential children’s support services and Rapid Crisis Response Teams.

What You’ll Do
We have great stories to tell which showcase the full extent of the fantastic work we do and how we enrich people's lives and support their independence.
We need someone to own, enhance and elevate the projection of all our social channels.
You would work closely with our Multimedia Design Manager, to ensure that the creative content produced is interesting and engaging enough to quickly capture attention quickly to stop people scrolling.
You would be responsible for improving how Alcedo care shows up on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Linkedin.

- To take responsibility for all our social platforms and be able to report on performance and engagement
- Have a commercial awareness and an understanding of what a successful return on investment looks like.
- Proven experience in a social media-focused role with ownership of channel elevation.
- A strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling and what keeps them watching
- Maintain brand credibility whilst creating engaging content.
- Communication with our operational teams to obtain organic content for our social media platforms.
