Administrator | Imaging | Part time – 15 hours per week| Dunedin, Reading

Spire Dunedin Hospital is recruiting for an experienced administrator to join the team in the Imaging department on a part time permanent basis covering 15 hours per week.

Spire Dunedin Hospital has been serving the Reading community for over 100 years, as a first-class medical facility. Based in the heart of Reading, the hospital has two theatres, 16 inpatient beds, three recovery bays, Oncology services and an Endoscopy Suite.

Duties And Responsibilities

Based in our Imaging team your role will involve welcoming patients to the department, entering electronic inpatient bookings into our SAP based system, ensuring Theatre and Ward availability and updating the patient with confirmations and changes. You will liaise with Consultants and Medical Secretaries and provide a first-class Customer Service at all times .

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience working in customer service, ideally with administration
  • A great communicator who can build a strong rapport with a range of stakeholders
  • The flexibility to work the required hours
  • You will need a passion for customer service and be someone who takes pride in what they do
