About The Role

Location: OVO Wembley Arena

The role will support in manag ing the cleaning operation of this major contract, ensuring high quality and professional services are delivered within budget and in compliance with Health and Safety legislation, contract specification and C o mpany policies .

Responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the cleaning operations at a busy venue, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Cleaning Supervisor will lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. You will support with the management of recruitment, induction and training of employees, including high volumes of casual workers, to meet stringent service delivery levels for each client.

Additional responsibilities

  • To support in the co-ordinat ion of all activities in respect of OVO Wembley Arena
  • Communicate regularly with colleagues through formal and informal channels on safety matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and that morale remains high.
  • Ensure that the OCS safety image is reflected positively through your actions and those of your colleagues.
  • Development of an excellent relationship with the Client representatives.

Key hiring criteria

  • Experience in supervising large teams in a facilities environment.
  • Experience in working within cleaning teams on large or busy sites/ contracts
  • Self-starter.
  • Willing & enthusiastic.
  • Energetic.
  • Able to work on own.
  • Good time management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • This role is working soley in an event arena environment and therefore will require flexibility in working times.
